Hope Cottage, the perfect Norfolk getaway

Hope Cottage is in a small village outside of Wymondham & is well located for exploring Norfolk. The historic city of Norwich is 20 mins by car; the Norfolk Broads 30 mins; the coast due East is 45 mins (70mins North Norfolk). There is a well equipped kitchen diner; living room; downstairs WC; 3 comfortable bedrooms & bathroom. Enclosed rear garden with furniture & BBQ. There is a playground & pub within walking distance. The space Hope Cottage (semi detached) is peaceful, comfortable and homely. A perfect space for a relaxing break. Kitchen with microwave, hob and conventional oven, upright fridge-freezer (no dishwasher). The lounge has two sofas to enjoy the smart TV. Wood burner for cosy evenings in during the colder months (enough kindling / logs to get you started are supplied) Downstairs toilet / sink. Upstairs: 3 double bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 single, 1 trundle single, travel cot). Small bathroom with an over bath shower (height restriction). Please bring OWN BATH TOWELS; hand and tea towels are provided. Outside the enclosed rear garden is mainly lawned with table, chairs and BBQ provided. Guest access Key safe near back door. Other things to note If I can, I will accommodate early check in / late check out. Please ask. DO NOT PARK on the brick weave please. Parking is directly by the front door on the shingle or on the road. The brick weave drive is for access only.
