We are located in front of the sea, we have cleaning service at no additional cost, parking for 10 vehicles, large living room and kitchen, large recreational spaces, we have 4 rooms with air conditioning and 3 bathrooms The space We have ample spaces to relax with a view of the ocean Guest access Guests have access to the entire property Other things to note House Rules: 1. General rules: a. Quiet hours: between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am to avoid disturbing the neighbors. b. Parties, events, or large gatherings are prohibited without prior authorization. c. No smoking in the room: Smoking is prohibited inside the room or any indoor area of the property. d. Garbage must be left in its bins. If you need more bags, you must request them from the manager. e. Leave kitchen utensils clean f. Punctual check-out: Guests must respect the check-out time set by the host so that cleaning and preparation can be done for the next guests 2. Rules for using the pool: a. Do not wear cotton clothing in the pool b. Do not run around the pool, c. Do not leave children unsupervised. d. Before entering the pool, remove sand if you are coming from the beach e.
