At Peaceful Pines Hideaway, we invite you to experience a blend of comfort, relaxation, and adventure! The space You will have full access to the home (aside from a few restricted areas which are clearly marked). Here is a quick overview of the house layout! Main Level: Enter the home through the garage into a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the backyard—perfect for easy indoor-outdoor flow. This level also features a dining area, a cozy living room, a full bathroom, and a bedroom with access to the front porch! Upstairs: The master suite offers a private retreat with an ensuite bathroom and a balcony—ideal for sipping your morning coffee. You’ll also find two additional bedrooms and another full bathroom on this level. Basement: Enjoy a dedicated laundry area, a ping pong table, and open space perfect for board games or family fun. Outside: The expansive grounds feature a basketball court, hot tub, and pool—everything you need for outdoor enjoyment. The spacious backyard is great for yard games and gatherings! PLEASE NOTE: If using the fire place on the main floor please note: There will be a door just inside of the chimney above where you would place the wood to burn. For the fire place to work accurately, you will need to push this open BEFORE lighting your fire. DO NOT use the coal burning stove located in the basement, it is NOT FOR USE. Guest access You will receive a door code for the garage door to enter the home. Other things to note Front Door Lock Instructions: (leading to front porch) For locking and unlocking the front door leading to the porch perform the following: 1. While lifting up firmly on the handle press in on the upper right hand part of the door to help the hooks engage. 2. Lift until the hooks are fully engaged and the handle stops going up. 3. The lock knob will be able to be turned once the handle is lifted and the hooks are engaged. The reverse steps are used to unlock the door.
