Room Three: The Pheasant (Beau’s North Country Place) features a collection of eclectic creatures in its decor. Bold and bizarre, this room is ready to welcome you for your stay. We welcome you to our pet friendly cozy country home, off the beaten path and surrounded by nature. Upstairs you will find four private bedrooms and a shared bathroom space. Downstairs, guests have access to many shared spaces such as the kitchen and dining room area, living room, bathroom and various outdoor spaces. The space We built our beautiful dream farmhouse in 1999.It is a spacious one and a half story open concept home. We have enjoyed raising all four of our children here on this beautiful country property.The main floor front entry, living room, kitchen , dining room , 3 piece bathroom and outdoor patio space of the home is shared with guests. We look forward to sharing our home with you and hope you will find it a comfortable home away from home. Guest access Main front entry: Guests will enter using their own private code in a keyless lock at the main front door. The front entry is shared among guests. Main floor: Hosts reside in the residence and use the main floor areas except when all four private rooms are booked by the same group. The main floor areas are open-concept spaces with an open balcony to the upstairs in the living room. The kitchen/dining area is a large open space and has everything guests need to cook and sit down to enjoy meals. A shared 3/4 bath with a shower is also located on the main floor. A few extras are offered with permission: a BBQ with barbecuing tools can be used with notice, and a living room fireplace can be used with written permission. Upper level: Four private bedrooms and one self-contained suite are located upstairs. All rooms have their own keyless lock entry on the door. The upper floor also has one full guest-shared bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Outdoors: You are welcome to step outside and take in the fresh air, go for a stroll down the country road, sit on the front porch and enjoy a coffee, or enjoy a fire on the backyard patio or by the backyard garden (unless burning is prohibited by law due to conditions). We also welcome you to stroll around the farmyard (within guided safety parameters, of course!). During your stay Upon arrival, guests can utilize self-check-in and check-out procedures when the host is not present, and receive a warm welcome and assistance when the host is available. The host is always accessible to answer any questions or concerns. The upper floor is reserved for guest use, and the main floor features a combination of private host areas and shared spaces. We strive to create a comfortable environment, allowing you to come and go at your convenience. Other things to note Quiet time is 10:00pm to 7:00am weekdays. 11:00pm-8:00am weekends. We ask that guests be respectful of this to ensure all guest have the opportunity for a restful sleep. If you are early risers or have children accompanying you please make efforts to be quiet and use outdoor spaces such as front porch area during these hours. We also have a private room that guests can arrange to use if needed during quiet hours .We recommend booking entire house or our suite if quiet time is to be difficult to follow. We do have indoor/outdoor pets, one indoor cat, 3 outdoor cats and a new puppy. IF YOU HAVE ANY ALLERGIES TO ANIMALS THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU.We do allow well behaved pets and do NOT allow pets runs loose on property. Pets must be leashed when outdoors.Maximum pets are one per guest/room and must not be left unattended.Pets may be asked to be kept on upper floor to accommodate all guests/host comfort level. All pet messes must be cleaned up by owners. We offer a FREE complimentary continental breakfast which may consists of; cereal, fruit, yogurt,coffee, tea,juice, bagels/and or muffins, toast, jams,condiments,pancake/waffle mix, bread, eggs. Availability of items will vary from time to time.There is also a waffle iron and griddle for guests to use as well as a fully stocked kitchen with all the essential for you to prepare your own meals. No other food is supplied for guests other that Breakfast Bar. Drinking water is supplied for “during stay “ consumption, not to fill cooler jugs ect for off site use.
