The condominium has a restaurant, bar, swimming pools, sauna, court and children's playground. The condominium has Wi-Fi in the common areas and dedicated internet in our space. The space Our refuge is a cozy 80 m2 duplex ideal for families and/or couples who value comfort and privacy. Listen to the sound of the birds and contemplate the nature from the balcony. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living/dining room and a balcony with a hammock. It has a full American kitchen with a 4-burner cooktop stove, Panasonic 21 microwave, Brastemp refrigerator, Black Decker coffee maker and utensils for your convenience, Springer Midea Splits in all rooms and a 32" LED TV with ROKU SMART converter in the living room with access to YouTube, Disney+, Netflix, HBOMax, etc. with access through the guest's private account. The master bedroom has a King Koil queen-size box bed for your comfort and a single box bed. The other bedroom has a queen-size box bed. The living room has a sofa bed for a couple and curtains for your privacy. The bathrooms are complete with a blindex shower stall, hot/cold electric showers with good pressure and hand showers. For those of you who work from home or need to stay tuned to the news or watch your favorite streaming, we provide private WIFI internet in the apartment with 650Mb of speed. Note!! The accommodations are able to comfortably accommodate 7 guests in the existing beds or up to 8 guests, with the 8th guest sleeping on a mattress that will be provided at the time of hosting, totaling a maximum of 8 guests. Guest access The Guest will have access to all leisure facilities: Swimming pools, fitness center, sauna, court and children's playground during permitted hours. It is not allowed to stay with pets in the pool area. Other things to note Condomínio offers wifi in common areas. The apartment has its own internet and passwords will be made available at check-in. The restaurant and bar serve breakfast, meals, snacks, drinks, etc., service is optional and with payment made directly at the restaurant/bar.
