Apartment with garden view

In our cozy apartment with private entrance you can really enjoy your vacation. We live in a quiet, small town (approx. 330 inhabitants) surrounded by a beautiful, wooded area, so that the hikes or bike tours can start from here. There are also plenty of attractions and leisure activities within easy reach. The space One bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room offer enough space for 2 adults and 1 child from 10 years of age. The kitchen is comfortably equipped. The bathroom has a washing machine, shower, toilet and of course a sink. A storage room accessible from the living room offers space for suitcases, clothes (1.3 m clothes rail, clothes hooks). For entertainment in bad weather, 2 TVs, card games and board games are available. The terrace, which can be reached directly from the living area, is covered. Barbecues can be done directly in front of it or in the garden. Towels, bath towels, dish towels, bed linen, hair dryer, etc. are provided by us. Coffee and tea are provided for free. Bicycles can be parked at night in our garage or on the back, covered terrace. Guest access A car can be parked on the wide residential street about 10 m above the apartment entrance. The parking is illuminated by the street lamp. There is usually also a parking space available in our driveway. Other things to note We heat very effectively with a geothermal heat pump. The modern heating is set so that a living room temperature of 22 degrees is achieved. By the way, our tap water is very good. You can drink it directly and enjoy it.
