Located just steps from shops, restaurants, the riverfront, and the walking bridge, our apartment offers convenience and character. Nestled in a preserved building that's over a century old, this updated space combines timeless architectural charm with modern amenities to give you a comfortable and memorable stay. Whether you're exploring Clifty Falls State Park, visiting loved ones at Hanover College, or simply soaking in the local culture, you'll find everything you need just moments away. The space Both bedrooms include a queen bed, a wardrobe stocked with hangers for unpacking, and plenty of space to move around and be comfortable. The first bedroom also includes a twin day bed, and there's a pack-in-play available for the little one. There's one full bathroom with a shower and a washer and dryer. We've got everything you need in the way of soap, shampoo & conditioner, and laundry detergent. The living room includes a comfy sectional and Smart TV, along with a basket of games, puzzles, and kids' books. The kitchen is stocked with a fridge & freezer, oven, stove, microwave, and many small appliances including an air fryer, coffee maker, toaster, George Foreman grill, and griddle. We also have a selection of teas, coffee, cream & sugar, and many different spices. The goal is that you only have to worry about bringing the food, and you'll have everything else you need to make a tasty meal that can be enjoyed in the sunny turret dining room. Outside there's a picnic table, along with a covered porch with chairs for outdoor dining. Guest access This unit is a second floor apartment that requires guests to climb approximately 16 steps. You will have the entire apartment to yourself. Other things to note This apartment is only available Thursday-Saturday nights, aside from a few weeks throughout the year when there is additional availability.
