Small detached house in the countryside. Many villages classified as the most beautiful villages in France within 30 km (Conques, Belcastel, Bozouls). By car: 10 min from Rodez and its magnificent cathedral and the Soulage Museum. 10 min. from Salles la Source (waterfalls) 10 min from the Marcillac valley (hiking, vineyard) 30 min from the Lac de Pont de Salars (nautical base) 1 hour from the Aubrac plateau (ski resort, cheese factory, cutlery) 45 minutes from Millau (highest viaduct in France) The space Welcome to our little house in Causse! Here's how it's organized: • On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, glass-ceramic hob, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, pans, pots... everything you need to cook as if you were at home. • Bathroom with large shower (120 x 90 cm). • Upstairs: a bedroom with a double bed 160 x 200 and a mezzanine. • A bright living/dining room of about 30 m², overlooking a large wooded garden of 1200 m². Outside, enjoy a charcoal barbecue, hammock and deckchairs to relax in peace. 🛏️ Sheets and towels are provided for extra comfort. 🧹 A cleaning fee is offered as an option for €50, if you wish to benefit from it at the end of your stay. 🚭 The house is non-smoking and, sorry, no pets are allowed. ⚠️ Warning: The Japanese-style staircase is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or with mobility difficulties. Also, there is no toilet upstairs. If you have any special needs or questions, please let us know when booking, we are at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant as possible! Guest access Entire house (except cellar and workshop not accessible to guests) House not suitable for people with reduced mobility or children. Other things to note Possibility to pick you up at the train station or airport. Housekeeping must be done before departure. If not, the cleaning fee will be charged. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
