An unlikely circumstance of utilities over-usage could be a reason for an additional charge. We also recommend buying a damage protection policy $99 for $5000 worth of coverage. This will protect guest against damages covered in this policy. NO PETS – Pets are NOT permitted on the property under any conditions unless agreed upon in advance. Additional Pet fees may apply up to $750/per pet. If UNAUTHORIZED FILMING in the property happens during your stay without our written permission, you will be billed up to $5000/day.
