Private ground floor guest suite in Hudson Valley

Guest favorite/newly renovated/private, ground floor guest suite. Br/full bath/large LR w/big TV/frig/mw/coffee in centrally located area in the heart of Hudson Valley. Walk to Dutchess Rail Trail/Uber accessible/self ck in. Close to Poughkeepsie, Beacon, Vassar/Marist/DCC colleges, Walkway over Hudson, Culinary Institute, Vassar Hospital, Hyde Park, New Paltz, Rhinebeck. Couch only in LR would be ok for a child. Pets considered for $15/night fee w/inquiry prior. No full kitchen. Car suggested. The space Private bottom floor apartment in my home with no access to rest of the house. Brand new and room to spread out. I do have a small dog and a cat upstairs in the house in case of pet allergies. The suite is the lower level of raised ranch home and me and my daughter live here so you will hear movement etc when we are home. Parking for 1 car in the driveway and there is additional safe parking on the street in a quiet area. No kitchen - just an apartment size frig (no freezer), microwave, air fryer, Keurig coffee maker and outside grill. Guest access Private entrance on first floor with no access to the rest of the house. One small step to enter guest suite. Driveway parking for 1 car. No kitchen. Entrance is the door closest to the driveway and there is a key pad for entry/self check in Other things to note I usually can be flexible with arrival / departure times just ask. Pets are accepted with prior approval but please do not leave pets unattended for extended periods.
