It is a small town of 13,000 inhabitants 9km from downtown Valencia, a quiet, very residential place but very well connected by metro (6 min walk from home) or by car to the north and south highways. The town was formerly a summer residence of the Valencian bourgeoisie so it has many villas and old houses, lots of green areas, and very good restaurants but no nightlife. The space The apartment is on the top floor of the only building in the same square as the Ermita de Godella, very sunny all day. Guest access The fully equipped kitchen connects to a living/dining room, with a fridge, washing machine, ceramic hob, air fryer, oven, etc. Toilet with large shower, central heating radiator, cabinets, towels, hairdryer, ceramic iron There is also a terrace overlooking the square with a table and chairs for breakfast, reading or just getting some fresh air, from which the views are spectacular.
