Garden Lodge - Georgeham North Devon

Welcome to our beautiful house a short distance from the popular coastal communities of Croyde, Putsborough and Woolacombe. Garden Lodge is the perfect place to explore, unwind and relax away from it all. Whether you stay for a week or few weeks, our cosy, warm home will leave you feeling relaxed and revived. The space Garden Lodge offers a generous, beautifully converted four bedroom home. A space for family and friends to create lasting memories over long summer evenings. The kitchen, dining and living room is a lovely open plan living area with a log-burning stove in the living room and double doors leading to a private garden with far reaching views of Devon. The spacious residence has bags of character and is decorated in a contemporary style. Upstairs there are two superking bedrooms with a great sized bathroom with large shower. Downstairs there is a generous king sized bedroom with ensuite shower room and the final bedroom has bunkbeds with room to put a further toddler bed if required, there is also a big second bathroom downstairs with freestanding bath. In addition there is small office area for anyone that needs to work or do some virtual surfing! The fully stocked kitchen will include tea, coffee, bread, butter e.t.c however as part of our onsite concierge service we are happy to supply breakfast items if you require anything in particular do get in touch. There is parking for four cars on a private drive. There is a 55" freeview TV and Wifi for those who want to stay connected to the outside world (although please be aware life in Devon is a little slower and that goes for the internet too) and a of course music system. Outside there are bountiful areas to entertain and have group gatherings, whether you want to light the BBQ or firepit and sit around and gaze at stars whilst listening to the sound of silence oh and of course the occasional owl or sheep! Also out the back is a small gazebo area next to a stream with far reaching views of Devon, truly a beautiful spot to sit and relax away from the hectic day to day schedule. While we respect your privacy at all times, please note that Garden Lodge is set within our land and we will be living on site in The Barn (which you can also view on airbnb site if you would like to see it) Dogs Dogs are welcome at Garden Lodge; however, we do have a small child, a kitten (who might pop over and say hi) and our own dog, so we would ask they are kept under control at all times including in the back garden, which is enclosed but not to escape artist dogs :) One final note, I am afraid that we do not accept single sex parties at Garden Lodge. Other things to note Please note it is a no smoking home and if you would like to smoke or vape please step outside to do so. Thank you
