This apartment is situated on the Northern end of the main building, my home. It is a split level apartment, with the bedroom and Livingroom situated on the bottom floor; the kitchen and bathroom is on the upper level. We are on a very quiet dead-end road. Entrance is at street level and street light luminates the entire area. Parking is permitted on street or off in a private space just for the appartment The space This town house style one bedroom apartment sleeps up to a family of three; or a party of three. The main bedroom sleeps two on a plush queen size bed, while the living room contains a full-size sleeper sofa to accommodate kids or one adult. There is a 12000 BTU mini split unit AC located in the bedroom. The kitchen located on the upper level provide the perfect place to become create and prepare breakfast and dinner. The kitchen has windows and doors which lets in all the breeze you need, there is also a ceiling fan for extra cooling. There is a spacious outdoor patio, (presently under renovation) fit for outside dining or just relaxing. Once outside one can take in the view of the eastern end of the island and catch a view of St. John and portions of the Caribbean Sea. Living quality at an affordable price!! Guest access Guest has access to the entire apartment, the bedroom, bathroom, living room and the kitchen. Just outside of the kitchen guest has access to the outside space fit for dining or just to relax. Other things to note Because of our designation, it is obvious that we are nota hotel and do not offer maid or around the clock services of the kind. However, we do understand service, to that end we are available to help make your stay as worry free as possible. If there is something you need and do not see at our place, just ask we just might be able to help you locate whatever such need might be. It is also possible we may have such item/s available. At Elvin's Hillside Rest & View, we value your business and highly respect your privacy; unless there is an absolute need, such as emergency repair, we will not enter the apartment without your permission. There is no daily house call for cleaning or replacement of used linen and towels; we provide what we consider to be an adequate amount of towels, linen and toilet paper based on the number of nights booked. After what we provided, (paper towel, toilet paper and water) is used up, you the guest is responsible to purchase such things as you need. If you require linen change and more towels, you will be required to pay a fee for the same. Just let us know in advance and we will take it from there. Please make your breakfast, lunch or dinner selections from our menu provided, and the time you preferred your meals.
