We acquired this house from the 1970s in 2022 and extensively renovated and fully equipped it in 2023 - 2025, mainly on our own. With a lot of heart, we have furnished the house for our holiday guests and hope that you will have a wonderful stay here in our holiday home. The space The house has two floors and a basement. On the ground floor there is the wardrobe, a large kitchen/living room, a bedroom (Schzi 1) and a bathroom with a large shower. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms (bedrooms 2-4) and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils incl. a coffee machine, stove, dishwasher and fridge with freezer. In the bathroom there is also a washing machine Guest access The house is located on a 1000 m² property, which is fenced all around except in the entrance area. The entire property is available to you alone. The house has a large garden with a large terrace and garden furniture. The house has a carport where two cars can park. Another 2-3 cars can park on the lawn and paving stones.
