City Council 🔴 can always stroll with a leash in the common and loose areas if they are trained and accept commands. Pets are 🔴not allowed in the pool area 🔴 We require you to use a hygienic mat for odor control. 🔴 It is not allowed to leave the pet alone at the listing. 🔴The guest must keep it quietly, as there are other guests on the property. 🔴Your pet will not be able to climb onto the home's furniture, they cannot gnaw, bite or scratch doors, furniture and other items in the listing. 🔴In the common areas, the host must use bags for the collection of the waste of their pet, and preserve it by the silence of the same. 🔴Guests will be responsible for any incidents/accidents caused by their pets and must reimburse any damages caused by them.
