Welcome to cozy Hamburgsund and our cottage, which is located within easy walking distance to both swimming and service offerings with grocery store (Ica Supermarket), fish shop, bakery and restaurants! You have access to the cottage with private parking, Wi-Fi, sunny terrace, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, charcoal grill and bathroom with washing machine. The cottage has three small bedrooms and a total of six beds. The space The cottage is child-friendly and is arranged as follows: Living room & kitchen Kitchen consisting of stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and fridge/freezer. In the middle of the room there is also a fireplace that you are welcome to use on colder days. However, you need to bring your own firewood. Balcony door to the back/wooden deck. Bathroom Bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine that can be used (bring your own detergent) Bedroom 1 Double bed 180 cm with direct access to the balcony through the balcony door. Large wardrobe with sliding doors and dresser. Bedroom 2 Bunk bed with two single beds 90 cm. The room is equipped with a small wardrobe and hooks. Bedroom 3 Bunk bed with two single beds 90 cm. The room is equipped with a small wardrobe and hooks. Balcony & patios The cottage has a nice outdoor environment with lawn, patio on the front/entrance side (located towards the street with neighboring homes) with morning sun and a secluded back with a large balcony that bathes in the sun all day until late evening. Here you will find outdoor furniture, sun loungers, charcoal grill and parasols. The cottage is surrounded by a mountain that is easy to climb up and once there is a fantastic view of the community of Hamburgsund and in fine weather you will see both Fjällbacka and the Väderöarna. The cottage is a separate property and has its own parking driveway with room for two cars. There is a high chair available in the house, please double-check when booking. The cottage is rented out with self-catering. You need to provide your own dishwashing detergent, kitchen textiles, paper towels, hand soap, laundry detergent, charcoal, toilet paper, towels and sheets. Towels and sheets can be rented at a cost of SEK 100/per person, please notify when booking. Final cleaning is not included, you clean yourself before departure according to the checklist. Note that the cottage is rented out weekly with change on Sundays during the summer, weeks 26-32, and the rest of the year there is the possibility of daily, weekend, weekly and long-term rentals.
