HOUSE RULES sound: Outdoor sound is not allowed in order to respect the tranquility of our neighbors. Indoor sound is allowed as long as doors and windows remain closed. The gite has an audio system on which a phone or computer can be connected. It is forbidden to add another audio system, speakers or subwoofers. Garbage cans: Sorting bins are available in the cottage as well as larger containers in front of the cottage. Cleaning: Cleaning is included in the rental rate. However, the cottage must be returned in a reasonable state of cleanliness (sweep if there is trash on the floor and mop if the floor is sticky) It is forbidden to place glasses or bottles directly on wooden furniture or on the pool table. Coasters are available. Balneo Tub: Fill water at least 5cm above the nozzles before turning on the bubble system. The bathtub can only accommodate a maximum of 2 people at a time. Occupancy capacity: The gite is intended to accommodate 15 people maximum. Failure to comply with this rule will result in immediate cancellation, without notice and without refund of the reservation Pets: Pets are welcome, subject to being notified at the time of booking and paying an additional 10 euros per day per pet upon arrival. La Piscine: The Swimming Pool is secured by a barrier that must be kept closed. It is private and heated, open from 10am to 7pm between May and September (be sure to bring your beach/pool towels). CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS: - Remove bed linen (except mattress covers) and put them with the used towels in the laundry room hallway on the floor in front of the washing machines. - Empty and put away the dishwasher - empty the garbage in the containers outside - return keys
