3 Bed Apartment Dublin City

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located apartment. The area is quiet and residential. There are trains and buses nearby and the airport is only 15 minutes away. There is a small local park and the phoenix park is only a 10 minute drive. The city centre can easily be accessed by public transport or take a nice 25 minute walk. The space This apartment is located on the second floor of a periodic townhouse. The hosting family live in the other apartment downstairs and will be available should you need, otherwise however the advertised apartment is completely your space for your stay with a separate entrance inside the building (photos). This property is primarily used for tourism but occasionally for more that 2+ weeks depending on a person's requirements in Dublin. My place can be easily accessed by bus, train or taxi with routes available to anywhere in the city or country (should you take a day trip bus to Galway for example). There is a kitchenette which will suit some day to day cooking needs, it has a large fridge/freezer, a cooker with an oven, a television, and comfortable seating. We can accommodate up to 6 people, there is an extra charge after 3 people as this is ideally the number the space is suited to. We do not offer check-in or check-out on a Saturday. If this is showing "unavailable" on the calendar you may need to re-adjust your dates. This property has a lot of stairs (periodic) and therefore it is not suitable for very young children or adults with mobility issues. Don't hesitate to send a message to discuss this. Each bedroom has a dedicated workspace as often we have students or working professionals staying. There is wifi available too. Guest access Guests have access to the apartment on the second floor. There is a shared bathroom, living space, and 3 bedrooms.
