Easy travel distance to Catlins, Curio Bay, Slope Point, Waipapa Point, Fortrose and Invercargill. A great base to explore all the sights that the Catlins and Southern Southland has to offer whether it be beaches, waterfalls, walks, wildlife and so much more. The space Older style house that has been given a new paint and carpet inside to make it a comfortable stay. You can enjoy the warmth of a Yunca fire in the dining room and a new heat pump will keep the rest of the house warm. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, including sprawling garden. Other things to note There is a local shop (for basic groceries) and tavern within walking distance nearby that provide great meals from Thursdays to Sundays however if you wish to cook your own food the closest supermarket is in Invercargill (50mins drive away). I do recommend that you bring supplies with you if staying for several nights. There are also cafes within 20 mins driving if you wish to dine out.
