You are a 20 minute drive to both Johnson City or Jonesborough. The space Master bedroom with queen sized bed, full sized dresser and drawers underneath the bed, full closet. Second bedroom with queen sized bed and full closet. There is an additional twin sized air mattress with linens that can be provided if needed. Open floor plan living/dining/kitchen area. Living room has a comfortable sofa and loveseat, TV and stereo. Bathroom features a tub/shower combo. The laundry is located downstairs in the laundry room, it is shared with tenants. (Washer and Dryer cost $1.50 per load) Detergent pods are provided.
