It all started with an old farmhouse from 1906, for which there were two options, either we tear it down and let a story end or we rebuild it, renovate and renovate everything and write the story a little further. We have opted for the latter and look forward to you visiting us and accompanying us a bit on our way. With a lot of love we have made the old farm a place of encounter - with so much ... In our new, completely renovated apartments we have enough space for the whole family to spend a few cozy days in the rural idyll of Franconian Switzerland. The apartments have been comfortably and modernly furnished with a lot of attention to detail. Our new Café Frau Kunni is located in the farm's former cow barn - a mix of old and modern awaits you! There you can have breakfast on Friday and Saturday during opening hours and enjoy our homemade cakes and pies... see for yourself!  In summer, outdoor seating, a small playground and cozy spots invite you to linger. A parking space and an e-charging station are available free of charge.  Feel good for up to 2 people - approx. 30 m² - 1st floor - southeast orientation The apartment has a separate bedroom with an open passage from the living and dining area. The bedroom has a cozy double bed for 2 people and a flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall. The spacious and bright kitchen and dining area offers all the comforts such as a dishwasher, oven, stove, and contains a good basic set of dishes, glasses and kitchen utensils, as well as a kettle, filter coffee machine, coffee filters, dish towels/cleaning cloths, dishwashing liquid and garbage bags. A dining table for two people is available. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, and hair dryer. - Travel cot and high chair free of charge (on request) - Garden use possible (after consultation) - Free Wi-Fi available - Washing machine on the ground floor for a fee  The following languages are spoken: English, German
