A 10 minute walk brings you to heavenly swimming in Barters, hiking and picnics in Fort McClary Park. A 3-4 mile drive brings you to downtown Portsmouth and beaches. The space Three floors of comfortable living spaces, including 5 bedrooms and four full baths. It has a spacious, fully outfitted eat-in kitchen, dining room, living room, den, deck, and upstairs office space. The setting is gorgeous in the summer, and it feels hard to leave the property sometimes because it is so peaceful and beautiful. You are welcome to pick flowers and herbs from the gardens, and to enjoy coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening on the front porch or side deck. A 10 min walk takes you to swimming, boating, hiking and picnicking, and we are less than a mile from Pepperrell Cove restaurants, the wharf, and ocean views with three lighthouses. Other things to note The driveway entrance is shared so a car occasionally passes just onto the driveway before turning right onto the neighboring lane.
