Bright and spacious two bed split floor maisonette apartment located in cool and well connected South East London. This place is perfect for romantic getaways or small group holidays but no parties. The space The apartment is split over two floors with beautiful original floorboards throughout. The newly refurbished bathroom has both a freestanding bath and large shower cubicle. Both of the bedrooms are big, light and spacious with big comfy beds and large windows overlooking Dulwich Park and the beautiful surrounding leafy area. There is a large living area with big smart TV (Netflix, Amazon prime etc), fireplace, two big sofas, and dining area with plenty of chairs. The kitchen area leads onto the roof terrace which has great views for sunset! Our flat is brilliantly located in equal distance of Peckham, East Dulwich, Dulwich Village and Forest Hill. All of which are really cool and exciting areas of South East London with amazing art galleries, awesome bars, interesting restaurants, clubs and beautiful parks. There's so much going on in the area within walking distance however our road is very peaceful and quiet at night. If you'd like any recommendations of things to do in the area I'd be more than happy to make some suggestions! Guest access There is free parking on all road in the area and our house often has parking spaces outside the front door. Other things to note The apartment has both a washing machine and a tumble dryer for guests to use.
