The house is located on Hisøy, it is less than 10 minutes drive to Arendal city center. The house is located in a very nice building area. It is located at the top of the building area with a lot of sun. There is a large porch and summer room with several seating groups and barbecue that can be used, good parking facilities for several cars. Walking distance: - Beach, sand volleyball 10 min - Pizza bakery 5 min - Nidelv Brygge restaurant 15 min - Bus 3-5 min (to bus stop) - Grocery and pharmacy 15 minutes The space The house is spread over 3 floors, 1st floor is the kitchen, living room, bathroom, hall and porch with exit door. Exit to terrace from living room, the terrace has seating area, terrace awning and gas grill. On the 2nd floor there are 3 bedrooms, bathroom and hallway. Exit to the balcony from one of the bedrooms. Below the floor, 1 bedroom, basement living room, bathroom/laundry room, hallway and porch with its own exit door. Summer living room with attached roof overhang, seating area both inside, outside and under the roof. Large parking. Other things to note There are several beaches on Hisøya, the nearest is 10-15 min walk. Also a fantastic restaurant is located 15 min walk from the property, Nidelv Brygge Restaurante. There is a beach, floating sauna and more. Pizza Bakeren is located 500m from the house. If you take the car there is a great beach in Stølsvika, 5 min by car. Kristiansand Zoo is located 45 min drive from the house.
