We are part of Tambuli Seaside Living. Tambuli Seaside Living and the Tambuli Resort and Spa share the same beautiful property but are run and managed separately. You're free to visit the resort anytime until 2 AM. No voucher needed for dining, enjoying the resort's ambiance, and exploring. USE OF TAMBULI RESORT AMENITIES (beach, pools, gym): As your host, we offer Privilege Vouchers at a discounted rate of Php 900/adult/day (no food). This will allow you to use the beach, pools, and gym with complimentary use of their beach towels and changing rooms. For kids, we recommend buying the Day Pass voucher from Tambuli Resort reception as it comes with consumable food and beverage (F&B). Tambuli Resort's Day Pass Voucher: Adult: Weekday rate is Php 1,800; Weekend/Holiday rate is Php 2,000. It comes with Php 1,100 worth of consumable food and beverage (F&B) per adult on weekdays and lunch buffet with 1 round of drink on weekends/holidays. Kids: Php 900 (age 6-12 years old) with consumable F&B worth Php 550 on weekdays and on weekends/holidays is Php 1,000 (age 6-12 years old) inclusive of lunch buffet. Meanwhile, 0-5 years old is free of charge. Guest access We will ask for your IDs/Passports and visitor's IDs, if applicable, to be submitted to the Property Management Office for registration. For everyone’s safety and privacy, only registered guests and visitors are allowed inside the room. Upon check-in, the security staff will confirm each guest's identity. Other things to note • The building is strictly non-smoking, and in the rare case of violations by other guests, we coordinate with building management right away. • As this is a residential property, you may occasionally notice normal activity from neighboring units. • Neighboring Tower E is still under construction, nearing completion. You may hear some construction noise. Noise hours are 10AM -12PM and 3PM-5PM Monday - Friday. • Balcony enjoyment may vary depending on weather, wind, or surrounding activity. • Resort amenities (beach, pools, gym) are managed separately and may require day-pass access. • We’re always happy to assist and coordinate with building staff to ensure a comfortable stay.
