While we do our very best to provide every guest with a five-star experience, it’s important to remember that Cinnamon Bear Cabin is exactly that, a cozy cabin located in a rural mountain community on the edge of true wilderness, not a full-service resort or hotel. There’s no concierge, no franchise shopping nearby, and no help desk beyond emergency services. In order to book Cinnamon Bear Cabin, we have three requirements. 1. Responsible guest must be over 21 years old. 2. a government issued ID must be in file with AirBnB, 3. You must have a minimum of 2 prior positive reviews CBC may not be the best choice for novice travelers or those not comfortable with managing a whole house or not familiar with safe and enjoyable interaction with nature and the surrounding community. You will need to be resilient, fire wise, and respectful of your surroundings, experienced with natural hazards, experienced managing a complete home, and resourceful in your interaction with the surrounding natural environment. You may need to wake the house up upon arrival, experience rapid weather changes, you must be extremely careful with fire in this area. You may encounter natural wildlife. While there is neighborhood security, Fire Department/EMT, and search and rescue, there is no concierge service so please do your research before arriving.
