Enjoy a lovely stay in a spacious, cozy house with stunning views, beach, and great hiking terrain in the immediate vicinity. It is an 8-10 minute walk down to the Fjord Park, where there is also a possibility to park. Here you will find a beach, floating jetty, lawns with barbecue and sand volleyball court. Furthermore, it is about 30 - 45 minutes to walk up to several beautiful lakes. It takes about 15 minutes to drive to Drammen. Here you will find a large indoor swimming pool, bowling alley, 2 downhill slopes with ski lift and much more. The space Spacious bedrooms. Large kitchen with cold storage, laundry room with washing machine and drying rack. Large living room with dining area and lounge, as well as fireplace. Garden with lawn and great views of the fjord and Drammen city. Large terrace around the house to the south and east. Plenty of garden furniture. Gas grill and fire pit. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house, except for a couple of locked rooms on the 2nd floor. Technical room with all electricity and water installations must not be touched. The house has waterborne heating in all floors. Other things to note There will be a folder in the living room with important information regarding the house's alarm system, and other important information.
