Top apartment in town villa with terrace and garden

We rent our beautiful, renovated old building apartment including 40 sqm terrace for your exclusive use and large garden for shared use. The apartment was completely renovated in 2008, the garden and terrace were completely redesigned in 2017/18. The space The apartment is on the upper ground floor. There is one parent bedroom with double bed in excess length and two children's rooms with two beds each. For children from one year of age and older, there are plenty of games and employment opportunities available (e.g. baby toys, Playmobil, Lego, board games, puzzles, books, pens...). A travel cot can be provided on request. In the bathroom there is a double sink, toilet, bidet, bathtub and an extra large shower. You are welcome to use the washing machine. In the living room there is a 65`smart TV with magenta TV. In the kitchen there are the following equipment: microwave, oven, two gas and two induction burners, dishwasher. A kettle, toaster, French press, espresso cooker and milk frother are also provided. The kitchen is fully equipped, dishes and cutlery are enough for 12 people. The living space is expanded by a huge 4x10m terrace, which is mostly covered. Linens and towels are furnished. Guest access A key safe is attached next to the front door. Access to the apartment is through the stairwell. In the garden, there is a seating area with a fire pit; the ground-level trampoline can be used at your own risk. Other things to note We are renting out our fully furnished apartment here and would like it to be used considerately and with care. Please do not wear street shoes inside the apartment. Slippers are, of course, fine. Use of the trampoline is at your own risk. Non-smoking accommodation (all common and private areas are non-smoking zones).
