Guest suite in Farmington

Oak Cottage is 1 of 8 units @ HOME. A 1950's cottage, recently redecorated w/ some upgraded finishes. This will be UR own little HOME, away from home. Enjoy this private cottage, in a duplex building, just blocks away from downtown + right down from San Juan Regional Hospital. TV is internet services only; no cable. We will provide toiletries & basics to get U started on UR stay (paper towels, napkins, shampoo, body wash etc), when we are out, U provide the rest. Best of all, NO CLEANING FEE! The space This cottage has an open concept kitchen to living room and then a separate bedroom and separate bathroom. You will have the whole cottage (in a duplex building) to yourself w/ your own living room, kitchen and bathroom. You will enter using a code on a keypad lock. A/C unit is an evaporated cooler (swamp cooler). Airbnb does not have an option to list this type of cooling system. There is a small carport right next to the unit or parking right in front of the unit. We start you with the basics (paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, etc), once they are out, you provide for yourself. Guest access ENTIRE COTTAGE (in a duplex) Other things to note You will enter the cottage w/ your own code. A/C is evaporated cooler (swamp cooler, common in this region). Airbnb does not have an option for this cooling system. There are no specific departure, cleaning instructions other than to please leave the keys on the counter. No need to do laundry. We wash all the bedding and towels when you leave : )
