The space The Property consists of a large modern and contemporary open plan kitchen/living/dinning area with a herringbone luxury floor. There are 2 bedrooms, a double bedroom with a en-suite and a large twin bedroom. Both light and airy and beautifully decorated. The 5th bed is a sofa bed in the living space The main bathroom is very spacious and modern and consists of a large walk in shower, toilet and sink unit. There is also a separate utility area/boot room on entering the property The property is situated on a corner plot on the edge of South Lakeland Leisure Village with stunning views over pine lake. especially from the roof terrace. The decking area below consist of a dinning table and chairs just before entering 2 steps down to the Private Hot Tub space covered by a wonderful private maze living pergola with built in LED lights and artificial greenery overlooking pine lake. NOT FORGETTING... a private rooftop terrace where you can find loungers and extra seating. in the summer you will also find life sized board games where you can play up there for hours whilst soaking up the rays. PETS We do allow well behaved pets to stay, with no more than 2. We ask that flea/worm treatment is up to date, they do not sleep on beds, you take them outside to the toilet and you clean up after them. CLEANING FEE The cleaning fee which is included is to cover the cost of a general clean of the property throughout, bed linen, towels, cleaning, refilling and chemicals for the hot tub. Guests are still expected to look afrer the property and clean up any mess they create, ie food, dorty pots and rubbish. All linen and towels are provided in the lodge and beds are made up prior to your arrival. HOT TUB USAGE The Hot Tub is emptied, cleaned and refilled for every guest. We follow guidelines for the hot tubs used in holiday accommodation. due to this bookings with the same day changeover, the water temperature may not be up to a comfortable temperature on the evening of your arrival. we try to get the temp started as much as possible by adding a mixture of cold and hot water. The control panel is set to lock to prevent any settings being accidently changed, to ensure it runs efficiently and keeps up to temperature during your stay. Please ensure the lid is kept on and locked at all times it isn't in use. this will keep the temperature, prevent debris entering the spa.
