The space The apartment consists of a large cosy living room with sofas and a log burning stove, (wood is not provided ), fully equipped modern kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, dining table and chairs, a double bedroom, twin bedroom and family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Pets are welcome to stay at the property with prior consent. A maximum of 2 pets. Please note that there is a £20 charge per pet. Guest access The property has its own separate entrance and the entire first floor is for your use. Other things to note Bolton Le Sands is a quaint little village, perfect for a quiet getaway close to the Lake District, Morecambe and Lancaster area. It is also ideally situated as a gateway to the Yorkshire Dales. There is a local co-op a 2 minute walk away, Spar convenience store/petrol station a 5 minutes drive away, Fish and Chip takeaway, Award Winning Indian restaurant and other small restaurants nearby. There is a traditional pub next door, The Blue Anchor, which provides live music one afternoon each month which adds to the character of the historic Inn. The nearest town is Carnforth which is a 5 minute drive away and has many restaurants, pubs and supermarkets. Bolton Le Sands is a quaint little village, perfect for a quiet getaway, here you can enjoy stunning walks along the canal and beautiful views of nearby Morecambe Bay and Hest Bank Beach. There is a local Coop supermarket, Spar convenience store/petrol station, Bakery, Fish and Chip takeaway, Award Winning Indian restaurant, Chinese restaurant all within walking distance. A few doors down from the property is a privately owned gym ‘RL Fitness Suite’ where guests can purchase a pass to use the facilities during their stay.
