Located in the center of Die, charming townhouse, with balcony, on a tree-lined square on a quiet street, 2 steps from shops and restaurants. The house offers a pleasant and cool setting in summer. A bright and spacious living room of 60m2 with unique views of Die Cathedral and the mountain, dining room and American kitchen Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 2 bedrooms with 1 single bed. 1 toilet and a small bathroom with bathtub. 1 extra bed, 1 travel cot. The space Welcome! Here is the equipment of the house: -Water heater 300L -Fridge 195 L with separate freezer - Appliances: SodaStream, steam cooker, toaster, rice cooker -Tennis and paddle shoe and court available in Die (tennup reservation) - Washing machine, dryer -Bath towel and sheets are provided, not beach ones. - Wifi, internet with fiber -Eliptic bike and rower -Cardes IGN de la Drôme and hiking guide -2 fans in the event of a heat wave - Solar store in living room, shutters upstairs For your information: - There is no garden, but there is a small yard and a balcony. - The street is quiet, but during festivals, you can hear concerts in the city center and passersby. - We renovated the house ourselves; thank you for your patience. - We get 4G coverage everywhere except in the back bedroom. - No microwave (by choice) - No dishwasher front - No TV - The bathroom is not very large, 1 sink, 1 bathtub (see photo) -⚠️ No window guards on the upper floor, unsecured staircase, use caution with young children. ⚠️ The perks: -Splendide view of the Cathedral and Vercors Mountain. - possibility of parking in front of the house (one car) -What to please all tastes and ages in reading and board games: large collection of books and comics, carefully searchable. - Decoration chosen for an art and comic book enthusiast. -Only real beds (one 200cm and one 140cm and two 80cm); no sofa bed. A single extra bed can be provided. -Small sunny square in front of the house, with a bench where children can play safely. About the City of Die: -Many hikes can be done on foot directly from the house. -The Vercors plateau is 30 minutes drive from the Col du Rousset. -Freshly renovated municipal pool and river are a 5-minute walk from the house -The markets take place right next door, in the cathedral square on Saturday and Wednesday mornings. -The city organizes "Summer in Die" events 80 cultural meetings from June 1st to August 27th. -Address to have a drink or eat: the café des lys, at Christine's, bakery at Sylvain's -Magasin bio:the carline, the clear life, the silo -Supermarket: Super U, Intermarché, Lidl, au petit primeur -For the Clairette: Cave Côté Cairn, the cellar of Jaillance, Flavors of the terroir. - Cultural visits: the History Museum of Die, the Butterfly Farm, the Abbey of Valcroissant, the former Monastery of Sainte Croix...
