Rural Roosts offers high quality, luxury pine lodges surrounding a peaceful fishing lake in the heart of the tranquil Lincolnshire countryside. Lapwing Lodge is comfortable, cosy lodge, surrounded by nature. We are in a fantastic location with close proximity to the city of Lincoln, great for action packed short breaks, relaxing retreats with friends and family, wildlife watching, fishing or cycling holidays. The space Lapwing Lodge has a gentle slope leading up to the entrance door. Inside you will find a spacious entrance hall. The main living area (open plan) has a well equipped kitchen, dining table, chairs and spacious lounge with comfortable settees. French doors open from the lounge to a covered decked area overlooking the lake, ideal for outdoor dining and relaxation. Leading from the entrance hall there is a double bedroom with en-suite, two twin bedded rooms with a further bathroom. -Linen and towels included. -Tea, coffee, sugar, kitchen essentials (dishwasher tabs / wash liquid / tea towels) and homemade cake ready for our new arrivals. -Free WiFi -Washing machine and ironing facilities within lodge. -Cot and High chair available if required. -Fishing included on 2 lakes. -Private shed for storing fishing equipment / bikes etc. -Lovely walks from your door in the surrounding countryside, loads of wildlife to see and photograph. -Small woodland play area. -We can accept up to 2 dogs in Lapwing Lodge (please see terms and conditions regarding dogs in house rules below).
