Ideally located in the peaceful village of Litton Cheney only a stones throw away from: *National Trust Hive Beach. 3 miles * Bride Valley Vineyard * Bridport 5 miles * Farm Shop 2.5 miles The space As you enter the cottage through the stable door, there is a hallway leading to the rustic lounge and then onto the good size fully fitted kitchen. The extendible dinning table accommodates 4 people comfortably. The living room features a large sofa and two comfy armchairs and a footrest. Additionally the lounge is equipped with a Smart TV, allowing guests to log in and access various channels, including Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV among others. The lounge has log burning fire, with plenty of logs available. Through to the back of the cottage you ll find the well equipped kitchen with electric hob and oven, Smeg fridge freezer and dishwasher. Complimentary teas and coffee are provided for your stay. There is a lovely view of the garden from the window above the kitchen sink and a windowed stable door which leads you into the beautiful garden with a large dining table and 4 chairs. The cottage spans 2 floors with the stairs leading off the hallway. On the first floor there are two good size bedrooms, the dual aspect principle bedroom has a king size bed and plenty of room for a cot the second bedroom has twin beds. Both bedrooms have dressing tables, wardrobes and hairdryers. A large family bathroom with a separate bath, shower and toilet is downstairs. We provide off road parking for two cars next to the double garage plus storage for bikes and kayaks. There is a seperate laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer. Guest access Guests will have full access to all rooms and amenities mentioned within the property. Access to the double garage, shed and lower part of the garden are restricted and not for guest use. Other things to note We have cats, so unfortunately we do not cater for dogs. The garden has a large pond with fish. This may be unsuitable for young children.
