Our rear upstairs deck has an 8 seater table as well as an outdoor lounge, providing ample seating for guests. The kids can be entertained on the Wii console upstairs or PlayStation downstairs, as well as Pool table for some family competition. Downstairs the rear alfresco area also delivers with a 4 burner hooded gas BBQ, 8 seater outdoor table as well as coffee table with 4 chairs. Plenty of room to relax while the kids play a game of cricket on the 140sqm of lawn area in the backyard. As the home is setup to be self sufficient on both levels, it is the perfect place to have two (or more)families stay and not be under each others feet. With two separate lounge areas the children can be entertained downstairs while the adults can relax upstairs and again enjoy the view. We certainly have something to please everyone.
