Villa Iris is a wonderful homebase for visitors who wish to explore Sparta, Mystras and the surrounding areas, while they enjoy the privacy of a house that feels like home. Recently renovated and back in business, the house is ideally situated between Sparta (5 km) and the byzantine castle of Mystras (3 km). Designed in great harmony with the surrounding natural scenery, the villa offers scenic views of mount Taygetos and the charming village square with its plane trees and natural springs. The space Villa Iris spans in two levels of abundant comfort, combining traditional stone arch walls and antique decoration items with modern amenities. The ground floor hosts an open plan living room, connected through the arch walls to the dining area and kitchen, featuring a fireplace, a smart tv, a comfortable dining table and one bathroom with shower. The marble staircase leads to the upper floor, featuring three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a tranquil atmosphere with a queen size bed and ensuite facility. Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with two semi-double beds, open onto a balcony overlooking the charming plane tree square. Both bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. The large garden, the patio and the balconies offer our guests a variety to their stay throughout the day. As the sun goes down, the guests may enjoy the atmospheric lighting in the garden, while relaxing at the furnished gazebo or patio. Free parking space is available at the premises, with enough space for two cars. Villa Iris can accommodate 6 guests. An extra sofa at the upper floor can accommodate another guest upon request. Amenities include free wifi, iron, hairdryer, toaster, nespresso and filter coffee machines, oven, kitchen utensils, heat/air conditioning and solar water heater.
