The space The house has 2 separate entrances, both bedrooms have 2 beds and private bath/shower room, dining area with an open fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV, terrace. Upstairs there is also a living room with TV and terrace and counter with fridge-microwave-sink. In the garden there is a kiosk with BBQ and large dining table. There is free parking space in the garden or on the street at the house. The house is equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold) in the living rooms and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The swimming pool is on the adjacent plot and is easily accessible. Guest access there is a separate entrance to the upper floor, the living space of a 30m2 includes a counter with fridge-microwave-lavabo coffee maker-nespresso machine toaster kettle, a sitting/work area with table and chairs, and a terrace overlooking the garden. In the garden, there is a "kiosk" with BBQ facilities and a seating/dining area (shared with the tenants on the ground floor) The swimming pool is located on our part of the property and is completely at the disposal of the guests; we ourselves only make limited use of and respectful of the privacy of the guests.
