The nearby village of Winscombe (1.5 miles) has a good array of shops, cafes, takeaways and a pub. Cheddar Gorge (3 miles), Wookey Hole (8.5 miles) and Wells (10 miles) are must-sees. There are miles of traffic free paths from Shipham, through beautiful forests and open hillsides, which make walking a pleasure. External stairs lead to this exceptionally spacious, bright and airy open-plan living space, all on one floor, with tranquil rural views from windows throughout. The sitting area houses cosy sofas with throws, a pretty vintage chair and the Smart TV, together with a delightful country-style table and chairs.
