Property on the banks of the Furnas dam, in Guapé/MG. The house is located within the city, less than 700 meters from the city's main avenue. Easy access to Guapé waterfalls and neighboring cities (Capitólio/Escarpas), including by speedboat. A great place to celebrate and rest with family and friends! Obs: - Animals and children must remain under the supervision of their guardians. - We do not rent for parties. Bed linen and bath towels are not provided. The space The house has three bedrooms, one of which is an en-suite; A social bathroom (with shower); Communal large kitchen; Living room; Barbecue and wood stove in the outdoor area; Large backyard with trees. All rooms have a double bed. In addition to the beds, we provide two double mattresses. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, air fryer, dishes, cutlery, glasses and other household utensils. The house has Wi-Fi. Guest access Guests have access to all the property's facilities, including access to the dam. Other things to note We always ask that, when leaving, guests collect the trash and keep the environment minimally organized, in order to avoid the proliferation of insects and preserve the harmony of the environment.
