Tariff & Payment The tariff includes room rent and taxes. Booking is confirmed only after full payment is received. ------------------------------------- 2. Extra Guests & Visitors -Additional guest charge: ₹1,000/night (includes mattress, linen, and breakfast). -Maximum occupancy: 5 guests. ------------------------------------------ 3. Children -Children aged 6 and below stay free of charge. -Children above 6 years are charged at the full extra occupant rate. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 4. Check-In & Check-Out -Check-in: From 2:00 PM onward -Check-out: By 11:00 AM Late check-out: ₹500/hour until 4:00 PM After 4:00 PM: Full day’s tariff applies In case of a new booking, the property must be vacated within 15 minutes. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 5. Check-In Requirements:- -Primary guest must be 18 years or older. -Valid government ID (Aadhar, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) is mandatory. Any remaining balance must be cleared at check-in. --------------------------------------------------------------- 6. Check-Out Process:- -Please allow 15–20 minutes for a property inspection before departure. -Settle any pending dues (e.g., damage charges, extras) before check-out. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 7. Pets- are welcome: ₹500/night per pet. -------------------------------------------------- 8. Guest Conduct:- -No loud noise, parties, or disruptive behaviour. -The following are strictly prohibited: gambling, drugs, weapons, explosives, or any illegal activities. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 9. Damages & Missing Items:- Any damages or missing items will be charged at actual replacement or repair cost. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 10. Electricity & Water -Regular supply is available, but outages may occur as per government regulations. -Inverter backup for 4hrs which includes: 1 light, 1 fan, 1 plug point per room + Wi-Fi. -For stays exceeding 28 days, electricity is billed at ₹7/unit based on actual usage. 11. Breakfast & Food -We provide a self-help breakfast on the first day of your stay, thoughtfully stocked to help you settle in comfortably , we provide -Bread,butter,Jam, Peanut butter, milk, coffee /powder, tea sachets and eggs. Our kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you the freedom to cook and prepare meals just the way you like throughout your stay. You're welcome to bring your own ingredients and enjoy a home-style experience. -Food delivery apps such as Swiggy and Zomato are easily accessible. 12. Payments for Extras:- All extras (e.g., groceries, pets, additional cleaning) must be paid for before check-out. 13. Security of Belongings:- -Always lock doors and windows when leaving the premises. -Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items. 14. Housekeeping :- -Complimentary cleaning provided once (between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM). -Additional cleaning: ₹300 per session. -Towels are changed every other day; bed linen is changed every 3 nights. Early replacement charges:- Bath or Pool Towel: ₹50 Hand Towel or Floor Mat: ₹30 Bedsheet or Duvet Cover: ₹100 15. Kitchen Use -The kitchen is fully equipped and available for guest use. -Guests are required to bring their own cooking essentials such as oil, spices, and condiments. 16. Smoking Policy:- -Smoking is not permitted indoors. -Smoking is allowed only in balconies, with provided ashtrays. -A cleaning fine of ₹2,000 will apply for indoor smoking.
