On our agricultural riding stable, I offer a nice individually furnished room, with separate entrance and spacious bathroom. Just 5 minutes' walk to the Xanten North Sea. Pets are welcome, but the final cleaning is €25. Xanten is a climatic health resort and every guest has to pay a visitor's tax (€2 adults, €1 children per night) on site. The space The surrounding area of Xanten offers countless opportunities to spend your free time. Cycling, water sports, walking and strolling in the historic downtown with chic shops and diverse gastronomy, i.e. even nature-loving people without a horse are in the right place with us. If you like rural life, you will surely feel comfortable with us. Dogs are also welcome by arrangement.
