Located between Baltimore, Washington DC, & Annapolis MD, this is a private basement apartment with king and queen bedrooms. There is a private entrance at the back of the house. This listing includes garage parking. The house is 1 mile from MARC trains to DC & Baltimore & a 20-min drive to Fort Meade. We're located on a quiet dead-end drive. A private furnished kitchen has a dining area and a living room. The house is equipped with Verizon Fios dual-band WiFi. The space - Private attached apartment in the basement (there may be noise from the upstairs). We do provide earplugs. - Private entrance in the back of the house. - Fully stocked kitchen - Dining table - Living area with comfy couch and daybed - Bathroom (Full with shower/tub area) - 1 King bed in a separate bedroom - 1 Queen Bed - Closet - Towels and linens - Access to shared washer/dryer upstairs - 2nd floor - WiFi (Verizon Fios) - Park in our driveway (There is a garage). Additional cars will require you to find street parking. We're on a narrow street. - Smart TV with Roku - Laptop work desk - Air conditioning central and heating control with Nest thermostat (on a cell phone app) - Air conditioning (central) is shared between upstairs and downstairs. - You must be comfortable climbing some stairs - We'll not be there in person to help you access the house but can assist you over text or phone. - Shared spaces (washer/dryer) and 2nd entrance. Guest access You'll have your private apartment with a private bedroom and bathroom. You may also park in our garage when available. This house is located in a residential community, we no limits on-street parking; please do be smart about not blocking access to driveways or streets. We live on a narrow street that maybe issue for large trucks. You may have to walk a bit for parking. You’re allowed to park in the driveway or garage for this listing. Other things to note We utilize outdoor cameras and security system to provide security and monitoring. These sensors are outdoors only.
