Two bedrooms - configuration is one queen bed & one king single. Carparking at the doorstep, private, fenced area. The space Our two bedroom cottage was built in 2025. Quality linens and new furniture as at May 2025. The living room and kitchen is open plan with comfortable sofa, TV and heat pump / air conditioning. A large ranch slider opens to the patio with a peaceful countryside view. The kitchen includes everything you need to cook your dinner, make breakfast and enjoy a glass of wine. Complete with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, air fryer, slow cooker and a Nespresso machine. Our carpark is right on the door step. Two bedrooms each with a wardrobe to hang your things. One bedroom has a second smart TV and the other a desk workspace. The bathroom has a large shower, basin and toilet. The washing machine and dryer are inside the house. Small dogs welcome with our pet fee of $20. Guest access There is a lockbox for self check in, this is located at the front door. Kim will send you through details for access before arrival. Please feel free to reach out if you'd like this information earlier than we sent it. Other things to note We offer tea, coffee, soap, shampoo and some spray and wipe in the kitchen if you need to wipe the bench down. We provide a complementary amount of washing soap for the clothes washer. Please ask if you need to buy more and we will tell you which is best for our machine. We can only use 2 ply toilet paper due to the plumbing system used, we supply toilet paper and please ask for more if you need - do not buy thicker ones. Our bench top looks like stone, but it is not. Please use the pot stands provided, do not place hot pots on the bench. Please be sure to read our house rules and cancelation policy.
