Beautifully renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Queenslander located in Warwick QLD. The home is 2.7km to the town of Warwick which is a 5 minute drive or a 30 minute walk. The property has a large back deck with pool table and saltwater pool with sun loungers. The home is a 40 minute drive to beautiful Stanthorpe which is known for its wonderful wineries and fresh produce. It is 33 minutes drive to Queen Mary Falls (with Browns Falls and Daggs falls lookout on the way). The space The home is renovated and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an office and a bar room. The main bedroom has reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fan, walk in robe and an ensuite. There is a second bathroom for the rest of the house. Both bathrooms have a shower and a bath tub. 2 of the bedrooms have Queen size beds and the 3rd bedroom has a daybed that can be used as a couch, a single bed, or pulled out into a King size bed. The lounge also has a sofa bed (double bed size when folded out). All up the home can sleep up to 8 guests. There is an internal laundry, air conditioning in the lounge and dining areas, large kitchen and a seperate office. There is a large back deck for entertaining with a pool table, dining table and outdoor lounge. Wifi is included and there is a 65" smart TV in the lounge room equipped with sound system - great for watching movies! The lounge room also has it's own remote control operated gas fireplace for those colder nights. There is a swimming pool for your enjoyment which has an undercover lounging area and there are 2 sunbeds for sun-baking. There is a double garage for use by guests. Please park only in the garage or directly in front of the garages. No parking or driving across the lawn in front of the house. The back yard is fully fenced for dogs if you'd like to bring your pet with you on your getaway. Other things to note No smoking in the home, however smoking is permitted on the front verandah and back deck as long as doors and windows to the house are closed. Dogs are not allowed in the house. Please note: There may be horses in the paddocks around the home during your stay. They will not be in the house yard. Please do not pat or go near the horses. There may be people attend the property from time to time to fill the horses water and check on the horses.
