Deuchars Cottage at Loch Tay

Deuchars Cottage is situated in the idyllic conservation village of Kenmore which sits on the northern fringes of Loch Tay. The Loch offers a wealth of activities including water sports, fishing and sailing whilst the surrounding countryside has numerous opportunities for walking, climbing and cycling. Within the village is a golf course as well as a local hotel, bistro and village shop. In recent years the Cottage has undergone substantial refurbishment and has been finished to a high standard. The space On the ground floor is a lounge, kitchen, small double bedroom and shower room. Upstairs are two generous double bedrooms. Deuchars is well equipped and should have everything you need for your holiday including bed linens and towels. Other things to note While there are enough beds to sleep 6 there is only comfortable seating for 5. There are fold away chairs for 6 and the dining table is extendable but it’s a bit of a squeeze. Please note the maximum occupancy (including infants) is six. Please note there is no access to the back of the property. Unfortunately the land directly behind the cottage belongs to the shop and is therefore not accessible. The garden with table and chairs is located at the front of the property. There is no parking on site. The nearest parking is just around the corner in the square. Please take a look at my photos which show aerial views of the property in relation to the parking.
