On the ground floor there is a spacious living room (TV, fireplace, large dining table, double sofa bed), a well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and an additional toilet. Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms and a second bathroom (this time with a bathtub). The upstairs bathroom has a washing machine. There is a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue facilities. The house has central heating and a fireplace. On the fenced and well-maintained property (for guests' exclusive use), there is secure parking and a playground. Guests can use a rowing boat (free of charge) and bicycles (for an additional fee). The price includes: bed linen, towels, electricity, water, rowing boat, and parking. A cot is available upon request. The area's biggest attraction is the proximity of the very clean Lake Ińsko, which invites swimming. It is also a popular water source for anglers. A large, guarded beach with a jetty, located 400 meters from the house, offers a swimming area beloved by families with small children, as it is quite shallow, the water warms up quickly, and bathing is extremely pleasant. Various water sports equipment can be rented at the beach. The area is crisscrossed with numerous hiking and biking trails.
