Walk to all key destinations in Davis! Conveniently located in the heart of Davis, our house is less than a mile walk to UCD campus, Upper Crust Bakery, Co-Op, Farmer's Market, and downtown. The house is ideal for professionals, families visiting their UCD students and those with kids. As long-time locals, we personally manage our house and cater to all your needs. We'll greet you with a bottle of wine from Great Bear, a local winery just 2.5 miles up the road, and a gift card to Upper Crust. The space We purchased this property so we could walk everywhere in Davis! Over the years, our family expanded, and we needed a larger space, so we offer our beloved 2200 sq. feet house in the heart of Davis for your stay. The house has been fully upgraded with hardwood environmentally friendly bamboo floors (one of our kids has severe allergies, so we replaced all the carpet throughout the home with hardwood floors), new air and heating, new shades, as well as new furniture, sheets, blankets, etc. It is the only new-er (2004 built) three-story home in Central Davis with a large loft on the third floor, which can be used as an additional bedroom, work room, playroom, or a combination of all three! We are locals and invested in ensuring that your stay is of quality and nothing short of exceptional, so we are happy to customize the house to meet your needs! To this end, if you're bringing children, please let us know, and we'll be happy to provide toys/games and ensure suitable sleeping arrangements. As parents ourselves, we are glad to accommodate your kids' playing needs! Guest access Keyless entry makes the check-in/out easy! The guests will have access to the enter house. Other things to note All pets need to be approved. The price is based on up to 4 guest occupancy (infants and small children are excluded from the total count)); a fee will be charged for additional guests with a total guest limit of 8 per stay. Absolutely no smocking. No events are permitted unless approved by us/hosts. If you would like us to get basic groceries upon your arrival, let us know and we'll be happy to accommodate for a fee and the cost of groceries.
