Cozy country house with a spacious view! The house is located in the middle of nature, within walking distance from the Estonian winter capital Otepää and 1 km from the Tehvandi sports complex. The area has very good sports facilities. The property has a pond with bathing facilities. Neighboring houses are away, though in sight. The space There's a lot of space around the house to relax, play, wander around. There is a sauna by the pond, as well as a sauna on the ground floor. There is a cat, sheep and chickens living on the property. Guest access Guests have access to most of the rooms, including 3 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a sauna on the ground floor and a sauna outside. Other things to note This is our home, which we rent out from time to time. We store our personal belongings in one small room and in a garage that guests can't access.
