The refuge under the vault

When you enter Il Rifugio Sotto La Volta, the first thing you'll do is look up: the ceiling is a genuine Lecce stone vault, and guests always tell us it's what they'll remember most. This traditional Salento home is on the ground floor with a sleeping mezzanine. We lovingly renovated it two years ago, here in the heart of Salento. We'll welcome you in person at the entrance, beside the "Il Rifugio Sotto La Volta" sign. Other things to note We'll take time to explain everything and give you our guide to places we truly recommend: the best beaches, great places to eat and must-see villages. Arrival and departure times are flexible, and we're always available during your stay. Inside, there's 55 m² of space for 4 guests. The mezzanine bedroom has a very comfortable king-size bed, and the living room has a double sofa bed. Heating and air conditioning cover the whole house, including the bathroom, keeping you cool during summer showers and warm in winter. There are 2 Smart TVs with channels in various languages and Wi-Fi throughout. The fully equipped kitchen has a coffee machine (pods included), toaster, dishwasher and all the utensils you need. You'll also find a washing machine, iron and drying rack, with bed linen and towels included. Outside, a private patio is perfect for breakfast in the sunshine or dinner under the Puglian sky. Free street parking is available in front of the house.
