19 Fore Street - Seaside cottage in Johnshaven

Newly renovated with bright new decor this seaside cottage over looks the water. Sleeping 5 in a double room downstairs and a triple room upstairs with a beautiful shower room downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. The cottage has a log burner and an open plan kitchen diner, with doors that open onto decking at the rear. There are 2 pubs in walking distance, a great play park and coastal walks to enjoy. We do not provide or allow car charging at the house. Public chargers are found in Montrose. The space The cottage was originally 2 small fishing cottages which were joined into one house before we bought it. Upon entering there is a beautiful open plan kitchen diner with an integrated dishwasher and wine cooler. There is a cosy living room and a comfortable double bedroom downstairs and a shower room with underfloor heating. There is also a washing machine and a tumble drier tucked out of sight in the bathroom. Upstairs the loft space has been converted and now has a large bedroom with 3 single beds and space for a travel cot, a den with bean bags and a tv and a stunning bathroom with views across the sea. Guest access There is a small garden space to the side and rear of the cottage and a decking area. Guests can park either on the street or on the paved area beside the garage. Charging of electric vehicles is not permitted. Other things to note There are no public car chargers in Johnshaven and we do not have charging facilities at the cottage.
